Eye Candy is a mega-refined bay sabino overo who is just stunning. She is the dam of the 2007 AMHR National Grand Champion Mare, Star Strucks Gold’s Bay Beauty. Eye Candy’s sire is our former herd sire, B&L’s Bar G’s Rock “E” Hershey Bar, who is Congress Grand Champion, Hall Of Fame, and Pony Of The Year. Her dam is our own Rhapsody Red Glitter Girl, who is the foundation of our Shetland herd. Eye Candy’s striking markings and conformation, along with her tiny size and refinement, make her easily one of my top broodmares. She has a beautiful “floaty” trot and knows she is something special. She is a full-sister to Star Strucks Hershey’s Candy Kisses as well. Eye Candy more than lives up to her name and my photos simply do not do her justice. She had a late foal and I decided to wait to breed her back. She will be bred back to Star Struck’s Diamond’s Golden Image BK, a National Grand Champion Sire, for a 2009 foal...and no doubt another stunning one!
