April Rose is an elegant and gorgeous moving strawberry roan mare
with lots of chrome and a beautiful head. She is one of the few non Rock “E” bred mares that you will see here in regard to Shetlands. But one look at her and you will see why she is here. She is ½ Shetland and is by a stallion who is a National Champion Halter & Color Stallion as well as Hall of Fame Stallion. I knew she would be an exciting cross for my golden boy and she didn’t let me down with her first foal. She has just foaled another incredible filly by Star Struck’s Diamond’s Golden Image BK, a National Grand Champion Sire, and she will be bred back the same way for 2009.
